At this point in the design process you have a chance to create something out of nothing.
Currently my favourite method of ideation is crazy eights. You only have one minute to fill each frame but you can put a lot of ideas down. This part of a design sprint is quite enjoyable because you can let your creativity flow.

You can put anything down no matter how wild because it's important for you to put these ideas on paper.
Many people have favourite design thinking ideation methods. I also enjoy the more traditional method of brainstorming. Using key words and pain points you can make several notes on how to solve those problems.
